Do they paste a list of successful applicants at the Local Govt level, as some applicants may not receive SMS due to network.

I received mine yesterday and I am done with the process. The relevant documents are same you used for the registration. Go with a file, original and photo copies of your credentials. Your NIN also. Remember also the position you apply and your NPC reg number.

both are correct, a filling station is also called a fueling station. most people called it a filling station, as the station is not met for fuel only but also for gas, electricity, e.t.c.
