@Canadian nurse, u asked about where to get ur study permit. Well a friend told me that u should collect it at Montreal. but u can still confirm though.

Since you have not gotten a rejection mail, then be positive. A friend's processing time was close to 16weeks but after the wait, it was approved. Please be courageous. God does miracles even in last minutes.

When called for medicals, is it via email or will it reflect as a message in the CIC profile?

Just checked mine....still no changes...

@ Derel, I applied on the 24th of April. Got a notification mail to check my account for the medical call on the 10th of July. Did my medicals on the 12th

Mine is April 24th. Paper route. No update yet. Please house, if one wants to withdraw his application based on urgent need for ones intl. Passport. How long does it take for it to be returned?

Good day NLs, I just registered now on NL. Please I applied late April and early May, I was sent a msg from cic demanding letter of scholarship from my school, U of Winnipeg. I initially got a part time scholarship of 8,000 CAD but this ain't enough.So I sent them a mail sent to me from the school stating another scholarship from the province but there was no official letter cos the government needs to approve it which is usually done ending of August. I know there is no visa officer but is the mail message enough or should I just withdraw my application since I would likely need my passport for another country. Wouldn't want to lose both chances. Please I need ideas thanks
