Hello house, how do I apply for a renewal of my daddy's US visit visa? His current visa expires on 2nd of April...do I need to wait till the visa is expired b4 submission or I can go ahead with the submission via Dropbox right now?

To all the gurus in the house, I strongly need your candid advice.
Please I want to apply for France visit visa for me & my wife alone though, we've all gone to Tanzania once on a family vacation our daughter inclusive; my wife have also been to UAE and Ghana while I was in Ethopia once. I've got a good statement to support our applications.

I hope the exclusion of our daughter won't raise any dust?

Picked up my passsport today 18/12/2018 and got France (Sheghen) visa with my wife and two kids. My wife’s younger sister living with us was refused though. ...the last question that was asked is "have you traveled out of Nigeria before" and I said no but told her my wife had traveled once (...now allowed my wife to give details of her journey) after which she refused us

Yeah, sense made there. The only one I need to be clear on is if this said travel history is genuine. I remember one of the VOs once informed here on Nairaland that they will never put/share a US visa on a passport that carries a confirmed fake visa sticker or travel stamp, I remember.

The VO1 asked me what I do =I work with xyx as.... , turned to my wife ask her same thing & wife also answered... In short she(VO1) conducted the interview for more 2mins b4 d change over...
My questions are: HOW SOON CAN WE REAPPLY AND DOES IT MATTER IF WIFE TAKES LEADING ROLE? She seems to be well composed than I was.

The first VO has interviewed one or Both of you before, and probably rejected it.

Secondly, Did he ask for what you do and how much you earn? (he may have seen it as illogical of a trip to spend so much)

You didnt name the countries that your wife has been insisting on that you guys went to (are the stamps of this countries on that very passport you handed the VO?)

There are cases where you say you have been to a country and it is only on the older passport that you submitted, maybe you guys have done a renewal of passport, more likely , you guys may have clashed in explanation...take for Instance Husband said "rwanda" and wife said "kigali"...
though both are correct but it sounds confusing unless he tries to make a meaning out of it and like you know they hardly stress their brains.

Apply again, this time, let one person stand slightly behind the other and only answer when asked or if the VO wants a confirmation from you.

N.B Most of this countries people shout that they have been to are mostly Dubai, Zimbabwe , Angola, Ghana, when you tell a VO that you have been to germany, spain and Australia,... The respect is right there on their faces, Immigrants can't leave Australia to go to USA, that is when you hear them ask you to tell them about your trip to those places.

Just apply again.

...she (wife) actually said that (confidence stuff) when we got back to the car...d 1st VO interviewed&refused us last yr we blv that explains why we were asked to go to another counter because she literally made a statement "I have interviewed them" to one of their officials she asked to lead us to next counter...at this point I was extremely nervous. When it was our turn d VO2 collected our passports wit docs & started typing for almost 2mins without asking us anything, then later asked his 2 questions "WHY GOING TO AMERICA & HAVE YOU TRAVELLED OUT OF NIGERIA BEFORE?" I answered& wife also came in when she notice d panic in my voice. He then returned all docs & held onto our passports (wife&I happy within us hoping for the best) while typin for almost 3mins again.....

Now the question is how soon can we reapply?

Well psychologically, what I observed about the interview is that when you were asked the question have you traveled out of Nigeria before? , which you were just supposed to give answer "YES" I believe the VO would have seen the stamps of the countries you have been to and if she wasn't clear enough she would then ask further question on the countries you have traveled to before, your wife was talking too much which the VO was not comfortable with that was why the VO had to stop her and pass you guys to the next counter. When the second VO started the interview all over again I can see your wife did the same mistake again, she also told you you were not confidence enough (which is not true) honesty if your wife had cautioned herself and allowed you to answer the question immediately you get to the second VO you would have answered the questions perfectly and concisely and you guys would have gotten the Visa. Your wife did over sabi (please no offense sir), thinking she could talk so much to please the VO. You can't please the VO you can only Convince them. and when you are convincing them it is very much better to keep your answer very brief and clear. Your wife said you were not confidence enough that is normal because the VO just started asking you questions, I can assure you you will balance up your confidence along the interview if your wife had not interferes.

With all these observation have elucidated above, I stand to be corrected by gurus in the house.

I think I know why she had to asked us to go to another counter, we were denied last yr and our guess is that she (1st VO) was the 1 who interviewed us then...but we really don't av any shading issues with our traveling histories oooo

My guess is that this isn’t the first US visa refusal for one, some or all of you which should be the reason the first VO likely moved you guys to another, because she can’t interview you (one, some or all of your family members) again having refused your (one, some or all of your family members) application in a previous interview.

And yes too, it seems something is fishy about and wrong with your (one, some or all of your family members) travel history and you guys keep insisting where they are no fools, so it seems.

Vo: passport please
Wife: handed them over
Vo: typing for almost 2mins without asking us anytin (at this point my anxiety level had gone up)....

1. I've never seen nor heard this b4 I mean move 4rm one counter to another
2. The VO.1 (d lady) had enough blue papers (denial papers) on her desk which she has been denying pple with but not a single white one (approval paper) was sighted.
3. Vo.2 typing for almost 2mins without putting a question tru to us... (though we blv d Lady must av communicated with him abt us, just our belief...)

Please how soon can I re apply for a South Africa tourist visa with my wife as we were denied 2 months ago as a result of forged bank statements? I earn roughly #165k a month but was advice that I needed upto #1.2m as my closing balance at the time of my application which made me go by the agent's advice to get a statements that reflects this.
