As an alumnus, I'll advise you switch to Physiology, a very close course to Medicine (@least 1st secure your admission which is primary and then you can move to the secondary target which is (MBBS)) and slay your first year excellently. You "may'' now cross to Medicine but you will need to pray so they will allow you. Most dept. don't like releasing their 1st class material...smiles...but people still cross. All the best brother.
