The only thing that can increase fuel if at all is if the price of crude increases internationally and even that can be controlled locally if necessary.

Dollar still has a role to play. WTI is cheaper than Bonny light. We can get cheaper fuel from WTI .
The big question, is the federal government willing to sell crude oil cheaper

and u think our diesel isn't overpriced? That price was put by the subsidy cabal importers after so called deregulation. Dangote has a vantage arrangement with local crude and should be reasonable.

Don't forget he imported WTI crude from USA. Whether FG sells crude in naira, it's still dollar equivalent and lastly, the refinery will source it's dollars from the black market.
