The Sienna probably wanted to do a reckless overtaking but had to quickly go behind the truck because there was an oncoming heavy vehicle. But why is it often claimed that most of the trucks involved in road traffic accidents in this Nigeria do not have a registration number? This is not a first time I am reading that a truck involved in an accident does not have a registration number.
