At this trying time that Corona virus pandemic, which has inevitable brought the world and it's economy to a halt, exposing the most vulnerable members of the society to an unimaginable economic hardship, with it's horrific and horrendous consequences. Good spirited individuals have rolled out various palliative and intervention programmes for the masses. In the light of the above, an illustrious son of Ngor Okpala LGA in Imo State, Hon. Dr. T.O.E Ekechi (Ugo Eji Ejemba, Ngor Okpala)in his usual magnanimity as a man with heart of gold and milk of human kindness put smiles on the faces of the most indigents members of his immediate community in Ngor Okpala numbering over 600 persons. The event which played out during the weekend witnessed Cajetan Duke, sharing palliatives from Hon. Ekechi, to elderly women, men and youths in the area. It will be recalled that earlier before this event, Dr. Ekechi had also extend similar gestures to various categories of people, including but not limited to members of pen profession in the state. We pray God to always bless him and his family for their good works for humanity. #Ndewonu |
Wonderful, it is worthy to note that there is visibility in Governance today in Imo State |
it pains me alot to know that our democratic system is still crawling at the present time,a country were justice is seen is seen as injustice. The problem of underdevelopment in Nigeria,is as a result of not been objectively constructive when matters arise. Why do I say so,President Buhari detaching Ikpeazu's security aid, displays Mr President as one who do not have experience of what the rule of law means, how can you move so fast to act, when the embattled Ikpeazu has gone to appeal court. One thing I see in this Buhari's led administration, is that the only interest is that of the interest of the helms man,and not of Nigerians benefit. |
