Joebie: SofaScore Team of the Tournament for the first 3 rounds Africans have really funny method of exhibition. Score one effortless goal in a football match, the scorer becomes world's first eleven. When I looked at other endeavors in Africa besides football, I just shook my head. |

Joebie: Our best game so far is vs Tunisia -- for the first 75 minutes. It is important to score goals and win a match in football competition. However, the pattern of play lingers in memory. There was nothing to remember about Nigeria/Tunisia match besides Nigeria won. In fact, if the stoppage time was extended beyond noted, Tunisia would have equalized or even won the match. This scenario would have wiped the memory of the match from the mind of many Nigerians. |

Joebie: As much as I would like to start Chukwueze, this formation wont be bad at all Nigerians are funny indeed. How could a thinking person decide not to play the only playmaker in the team? Yet you want a squad which has rendered Nigeria style of play very uninteresting. The squad which defeated Uganda reminded many people of Nigerian style of play and even commentors referenced to it. |

Spainever: Nigerian coach said he is now having headache after the Uganda game . He said headache is caused by selection challenge .What is the best line up ? For me Adams Osihmen. Lookman Ndidi Onyeka Iwobi Bruno Bassey Ogbu Osayi What headache is the coach talking about when he has stumbled into a very good selection? The possible change with the squad that defeated Uganda should be Iwobi for number 19 |

OLAADEGBU: SaharaReporters
In a statement released on Friday, the EFF criticised the US government for launching airstrikes in northwest Nigeria, reportedly in Sokoto State, which US President Donald Trump publicly hailed as “powerful and deadly” attacks against what he described as Islamic State (ISIL) targets. This silly grandstanding of the goofy group named south-africas-freedom-fighters remains basically moronic. Who gives a ratass about Republic of South Africa? |

DomPerignon: The unnamed Air Force officer does not exist.
Cruise missiles do not jettison any of their components.
They are powered by solid fuel through out their cruise phase.
What you are seeing is the main war head.
You can even see by the aerodynamic cone shape that what you are seeing is the very spear tip of the missile.
The solid fuels will be located at the mid to rear section of the missile. Stupidity cannot be fixed. Anything about Nigeria comes across as idiocy. |

stuffs2002: Jan. 15, 1966 coup; List Of 21 People Killed And Their Regions
How Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu Killed Sir Ahmadu Bello and His First Wife, Hafsatu, and Laughed For the Camera Thereafter
The following persons planned the January 15, 1966 coup:
Major Emmanuel Ifeajuna-Igbo from Eastern Region. Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu-Igbo from the Midwest Region. Major Chris Anuforo-Igbo from Eastern Region. Major Don Okafor-Igbo from Eastern Region. Major Adewale Ademoyega-Yoruba from Western Region.
Of these people, only Major Adewale Ademoyega did not take part in the killings. Please find below the names and regions of the people they killed, and you decide whether or not the coup was one-sided.
1. Sir Ahmadu Bello-Fulani from Northern Region. 2. Sir Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa-Gere from Northern Region. 3. Samuel Ladokr Akintola-Yoruba from Western Region. 4. Chief Festus Okotie-Eboh-Itsekiri from the Midwest Region. 5. Hafsatu Bello (wife of Sir Ahmadu Bello)-Fulani from Northern Region. 6. Mrs Latifat Ademulegun (Brigadier Ademulegun's wife, who was eight months pregnant)-Yoruba from Western Region. 7. Brigadier Samuel Ademulegun-Yoruba from Western Region. 8. Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari-Kanuri from Northern Region. 9. Colonel Kur Mohammed-Kanuri from Northern Region. 10. Colonel Ralph Shodeinde-Yoruba from Western Region. 11. Lt. Colonel Abogo Lagerma-Marghi from Northern Region. 12. Lt. Colonel James Pam-Jos native from Northern Region. 13. Lt. Colonel Arthur Unegbe-Igbo from Eastern Region. 14. Sergeant Daramola Oyegoke-Yoruba from Western Region. 15. Police Constable Philip Lewande-Minority from Northern Region. 16. Police Corporal Akpan Anduka-Efik from Eastern Region. 17. Police Corporal Hagai Lai-Minority from Northern Region. 18. Police Corporal Yohana Garkawa-Minority from Northern Region. 19. Lance Corporal Musa Nimzo-Minirity from Northern Region. 20. Ahmed Pategi-Minority from Northern Region. 21. Zarumi Sardauna-Minority from Northern Region.
Now, out of a total of 21 people killed by the January 15, 1966 coup plotters, only Lt. Colonel Arthur Unegbe was an Igbo, and the reason he was killed was because he was the QuarterMaster-General, Army Headquarters, Lagos, and therefore was in charge of the armoury.
When Major Chris Anuforo went to his house to demand the keys to the armoury, he refused and was shot. He was NOT on the original list of people to be killed.
Exactly a year ago today, Major Chris Anuforo's daughter emailed me a threat to my life, and I disregarded it but published her email. And then, two days after her threat, a gentleman with an accent that betrayed his accent traced me to my jogging route and threatened me. I am undeterred.
As long as some people keep trying to twist the truth, people like me will expose the facts. And if you kill us, our children will take our place to prevent you from spinning a false narrative.
