Chika is someone I knw personally and know her as a hard working young lady. Her personal coach is also a God fearing woman and another hard worker. I wnt dispute the fact that traces of banned substances where found in her blood, but I will insist that how it got into her blood, whatever she took, she did without knowing it contains those sunbstance. I did a 6-month stretch 2 y ;Dears ago and I lost everything. Please grab a texturizer/normal relaxer and blow out your roots with your ends nicely oiled or vaseline-d before applying a perm.

Hello everyone, I'm new on NL and came across this thread. I'm a fan of natural hairs but can't seem to get my hair far.
I use to have fuller and longer hair but dnt know what I did to the hair ferry and its all gone. Scanty and short that I can't have a pony anymore and this made me so uncomfortable.
I tot of going natural but dnt know if I can maintain it.
I'm currently 5mnths post relaxer and wish I can go further but a friend said it wld break.
Thank God I'm here now. Pls what can I do to make it grow longer and fuller.
Pls. Low cost maintainace. Cos owo ti kpo ju.
