Depriest2020:My father in law is a small scale farmer in an agrarian community just after okene town. Last year, he planted corn but was not able to harvest a single cob because herdsmen destroyed the farm overnight with their cattle. This year again, he planted corn and the same thing happened last week. So how do you encourage someone like that to go back to farm next year. This is the same experience other farmers around him have witnessed just when it time for harvest |
