Imagine an investment plan that not only secures your future financially but also help secure your properties while contributing to the health of the planet. Tree planting is not just an environmental act; it is a high-yield, sustainable investment opportunity. Planting high-value and fast-growing trees such as teak and gmelina species can generate significant income within a few years. For instance, these trees, once mature, can fetch premium prices in the market, providing a lucrative return on investment. Beyond monetary gains, plantations enhance land value by improving soil fertility, securing the land from encroachment, and creating a natural buffer against erosion and climate-related risks. Trees act as a physical barrier, deterring trespassers and protecting your investment from encroachment. Moreover, the demand for sustainably sourced wood continues to rise, ensuring steady market opportunities. For individuals venturing into commercial plantations, the scale amplifies profitability through economies of scale, partnerships with exporters, and the potential to tap into carbon credit markets. Whether for retirement security or entrepreneurial aspirations, tree planting is a low-risk, high-reward endeavor that enriches both wallets and ecosystems. Now is the time to plant for profit and leave a legacy that stands tall for generations. For more information, Contact Remade Trees on 07068288885 |

Your best bet at securing and protecting your land from encroachers and land grabbers alike is simply by PLANTING TREES...these trees even turn out as investment for you in the shortest period of time, say 7,8,9... years to come. All these are achieved even with you as an absentee farmer because you have little or nothing to worry about. Trees are relatively cheap to plant and super cheap to maintain. For information on trees that can mature and with good economic value in the shortest period of time, kindly reach out to @treenitiative on 07068288885, call/whatsapp |
Best investment for an absentee farmer, if you ask me. Don't sleep on this please...gmelina and Teak seedlings for sale, planting season is here. The earlier a tree is planted, the earlier it grows (Modify) (Quote) (Report) (Share) |
Ever relevant! It's quite unfortunate that there is currently insufficient knowledge and appreciation as to the contribution of tree planting to land security and wealth making. |

Secure your land, invest wisely and protect the environment. Trees initiative offers gmelina seedlings at a subsidised flat rate of one hundred naira (#100) per stand. Don't be left in the dark! |
The current average market value of a processed GMELINA/TEAK tree stand is 30k If you had planted JUST 450 stands on an acre in a the 'bush' like 10 years ago, here are the benefits you would have derived today 1. Your land would have been well secured from trespassers and land grabbers alike and the current value of that thick forest can only be left to imagination today. 2. You would have been like 13.5m naira richer in liquid cash today assuming you decide to harvest and your land remain yours and intact. 3. You would have contributed your own quota at preserving and conserving our ecosystem from the harmful effects of global warming and Mae a reasonable effort at leaving the world than you met it, that's a legacy! MIND YOU, the cost of an acre that year would have been around 20-30k and a seedling stand would have been so cheap and readily affordable, say at around 30-40 naira per stand. Making a total of say 18000 max for all required seedlings as at then. Zero-7-Zero- 6828-88 eight- five...
