Can anyone tell me if there are still chaances that d baby is there?. I did pt yesterday and it was positive. And can scan reveal a baby as young as that? I was about to start antenatal tomorrow b4.

I'm just there ma, stilll seeing d blood with little clots, I'm very down, going to hospital tomorrow. I'm just holding my faith. It was going to 5weeks.

Someone should pls come to my rescue, I strted seeing blood dis afternoon. Real blood as if I'm seeing my menses. I don't know wot to do. Ve been crying since.

Evening my seniors, I'm 3weeks gone. The only symptoms I'm seeing now is just d pain on my nipp.les. No spitting, vommitting or nausea. Hope nothing is wrong?

My dad, still very fresh. died Feb 27th last year.cardiac arrest just took away my dad like that. Someone still full of life d day b4. Buying drinks that that we will take to ilorin for his first grandchild naming ceremony. Not knowing d drinks will be used At his burial. Never got to see d little boy. His remembrance coming up next month. I could remember my sister crying not to cover her dad with dust. So so painful. Just 59. Just retired. I was his carbon copy. Still cried yesternight. I miss him. Rip dad.

PS: Contra-indications are drugs/lifestyles pregnant ladies are meant to avoid, most especially in early pregnancy. Antimalarials, antibiotics, alcohol, and rigorous activities are contra-indicated in pregnancy. Only in exceptional cases are they allowed under the directives and supervision of the Mds.

Sadly, you can't lose weight while being pregnant. But you can maintain your weight, not with exercise though. Diets rich in vegies and fruits can help you maintain your weight.

The form of exercise that can help keep you fit and healthy is simple aerobics. When you wake, you can do some simple procedures like arm-stretch, body twist, stationary walk, and so on.

Don't worry, once you've put to bed, I'll put you through on how to shed a considerable amount of weight.
