Please what birth certificate is sufficient to not get RFE on adjustment of status? I was born in 1991 and my parents were only able to obtain NPC attestation of birth. I also have sworn declaration of age (from both parents).
Are those sufficient to avoid RFE?
Or do I need birth certificate from hospital that I was born as well?

Also please does anyone know any NPC location that offers NPC birth certificate or contact info. I was born in 1991 and was hoping I would get birth certificate from NPC and not attestation of birth.
Please advise.

Please how do I email you? I saw an old post of yours and wanted to know you were able to get through an RfE for birth certificate. I only have attestation from NPC and affidavits by parents. I was born in 1991.
