Seun this is not true, please tell one of your MOD's to take this down. Nobody replaced anybody with their personal assistants. The affected civil servants didn't update their documents or were not able to meet up with the deadline. The IPPIS portal is now opened to them so they can update their certificates/documents.
I have friends and colleagues that are part of the list, so I am giving you a first hand information on this issue.
