Dyt: He said Dr David referred him That was years ago in BMH Port harcourt. Now hes in Zaria and saw Dr Suleiman. What then did Dr Suleiman do for him or hes still working with Dr David's referral? If Dr Suleiman of Zaria ever saw him as a patient, he must have made some recommendations or report, no? If however, Suleiman didnt do anything for him and he is working with David's referral ,let him kuku say so, so we can channel our enquries to Dr David of BMH. |

EppPliss: I am currently in Zaria, I grew up here actually n my folks are still here.
My Consultant's name in zaria is Dr. Suleiman and the doc who referred me to a doc in India is Dr. David i cant remember is first name though. But he is a Specialist in plastic surgery and was invited to perform skin graft on me while i was on admission in BMHS, Port Harcourt. He equally owns a hospital at Stadium Road, Port Harcourt. Hope I hav been able to ans sum of ur ques? \ EppPliss please come. This Dr Suleiman is in which department ? Is he a consultant or resident doctor? From my findings for now, there's no Dr Suleiman in ABU surgery or Plastic surgery Dept unless he is a resident Doctor. I was also told, a resident doctor cannot make referral to India, it has to be a consultant. So please, come help me. what did Dr Suleiman recommend and do you know his rank? Ofcourse from his referral letter in your hands, you should see if he's a resident or consultant. |

Onegai: I have never paid Cash On Delivery. I buy from small retailers, not Jumia and Konga. Smaller Companies tend to want to protect their business better so will send out the right items. I once purchased Body Butters from one to send to someone else, whole transaction was smooth without me seeing the product till months later. It really depends on the company. The company I work with, we use actual pictures of our products and offer a Tracking number with every shipment. If there is an issue, they have at least 3 people in Customer Care to answer. So far, most of the Natural-Organic lifestyle brands follow this route. I have never bought from small scale retailers, maybe I should try them. I have only transacted with Konga, Jumia,Dealdey and slot and its either POD or I jeje head to balogun. 3 years ago, Jumia and Konga showed me shege. I'll try small scale retailers one of this days. Oh, I just remembered. You are absolutely right. I bought lingerie and some Dec last year from some Sally something website. quality was below par as advertised. I called to complain and they refunded me immediately but NEVER came back for their stuff. |

Ralphlauren: . All you have to do is reject it immediately, complete the returns form and hand it back immediately to the courier company.
I have bought items (fully paid for) and changed my mind later and all I did was refuse the courier company to deliver (I didn't sign to confirm delivery) and the item was sent back to the company and refund was processed.
Refunds take between 5-7 days while some companies let you know in their terms and conditions that it could take up to 21 days to get a refund. Name the company please. I have had bad experiences with Jumia and Konga. They NEVER REFUND (3 years ago though), Konga will open and refund to your konga wallet(wtf is that and who asked for that) while Jumia will offer you either a replacement (same rubbish quality or worst) or ask you to buy something else. |

Paying upfront for anything online in Nigeria can be tricky. You see and pay for original online, you get the opposite ; lowest of all low China on delivory.
POD works for me as I can inspect and reject if it's not the quality is ordered for. |

Nearly all Asia countries now request for drug clearance certificate from Nigerians because of the drug mules YET our people are still caught daily with drugs. Are NDLEA folks truly doing their jobs? You must present atleast 2 solid guarantors to get NDLEA clearance. Do they really confirm those guarantors?, are they (guarantors) picked up when those drug mules are caught? What about main sponsors/ chairmen or their job is just to parade the mules on the media and then secretly bury the case |

dhardline: But that's not the main issue you see, the problem is he has accepted that the papers are fake and hence agreed to pay the required duty but they are not naming a price in fact they seem to have another motive which he does not know. If I am asked to assume I'll say maybe they want to sell off the car to someone they know. I think the way out for him is to go find a senior custom officer that would plead on his behalf so he can pay the correct duties. Copying NASS, press when you are in the wrong side of the law won't help him. |

I remember Themadame's thread at the auto section questioning the authenticity of the documents given to car buyers by the Cotonou dealers now that land importation of cars have been banned.
The crooked dealers and buyers alike want chop her head. Well, the laws are clear and I have no empathy for buyers who despite all warnings think they are too smart and fall for the sweet mouth of Cotonou car dealers. Now gbege don happen, where's the dealer?
I hope you sort yourself out @ OP. It's unfortunate though. Pele |
