yes it is true they have started traing ,but i don,t know about the money involvement .

all u need to do is to ahere to instruction given, i.e if u are asked to include covering letter or not
then if not  atteach ure c.v after which u add some write as a note i.e instructing 2 view the atteachment

to add to, u must be respectful, and take directives from ur superior no matter the age

-also you must be able to work in a presurised enviroment , and be ready to tolorate people of different calibres.

-avoid greed and be contented.
