Please am asking for a friend. if she applies for a 6 months visa and then stays for 5months then come back. Will it affect her get a two years visa when the current 6 months expires? she is 54 years.

good day everyone,
please biometrics is on the 6th of july and the Tuberculous certificate will expire on the 9th of july. I have submitted all my document.
will there be an issue since my tb will expire soon. am guessing if they need a recent one they will ask me to produce it since i cant do a new one till the current one is expired.
Also will I be able to add or remove a document even I get another Tb certificate before biometric
