The benchmark of crude oil in Nigeria 2026 budget made for this year is $64.85 per barrel.

So its easy for Tinubu to sell even at 70usd per barrel to dangote to meet up with 2026 national budget expenditure, without hurting Nigerians. But of course, he will still sell at normal market price at international market

Then everything will go back to normal 768naira per liter at the filling stations.

But, he will want to still show heartlessness, as usually....thereby slowing down his domestic economy.

The advantage we have over bangledesh is the fact that we have a working refinery, we should not suffer like them.
