PDP convention in Ibadan happened on 15th November 2025

INEC replied Anyanwu on 10th November 2025 before the convention based on what you attached as your evidence . That does not say INEC recognised a chairman that was not elected as of the 10th of November 2025. Did INEC use time machine to know what will happen on the 15th of November?

Whoever signed the original letter sent was an acting chairman not recognised by INEC. The law says the chairman and the secretary. The secretary signed but an acting chairman signed. So INEC was right to let the PDP know that does not meet the requirements of the law - electoral act.

As far as INEC is concerned Damagun and Anyanwu are the National Chairman and National Secretary respectively as of today 19/11/2025. Check their website
