I got a mail from my department stating the time for my departmental test but i haven't gotten anything regarding the TPE. Everything is messed up

Btw, you don't upload transcripts. You send it to PG school (non UI graduates only).

You download the transcripts label form, ask your institution to attach to your transcripts and send to PG school
