I submitted mine immediately after filling the form. It didn't affect anything. Each time my referees submitted their forms, it reflected.
However, it is advisable to not submit yet especially if you need to make any corrections later.

I already addressed this in a previous post. Look to the right hand side (when you've clicked on uploaded documents), you'll find two navigation bars. Bring both down, you'll find where to upload the signature and passport.

Hmmmn, that's why I always advice people to choose IB as test venue. Sometimes, people that chose Lag can be given IB as test center.
Some depts too could decide to hold test a week after TPE.

Btw, you don't upload transcripts. You send it to PG school (non UI graduates only).

You download the transcripts label form, ask your institution to attach to your transcripts and send to PG school

This might not work. There are many links to access PG school. If you used the one for new or returning students, it won't log you in.

Click on print documents, then on post card. You will see your test schedule

I think it matters o. If you have submitted your form, you will need to reactivate your form so you could make changes.

You can't edit. You'll pay #1000 to an account. Then you'll submit the receipt at PG information center for the change to be effected.
It doesn't affect your exam date though.
