A WhatsApp chat screenshot has emerged of discussions between purported Lagos APC members where they plan obvious disruption of voters from the South East together with MC Oluomo and the Road Transport Workers.

Their discussions show this has been a usual practice.

In saner climes, these persons should be brought in for questioning.
