I'm currently not in Lagos. However, the prices I got from my engineer in Lagos is N150 for 9 inches and N140 for 6 inches.

Mr Ihebrooke..... how is it possible you can still make your cash from your drawings when you share floor plans to those who ask of it? I mean, you don't charge money to create floor plans? I'm just curious....

We do charge to produce floor plans. However, before we send the floor plans to the clients, a commitment would be made. The commitment is a percentile of the design fee.

We have many duplex designs. However, the word "befitting" varies from person to person. I've sent a sample to your mail.
