That isn't bad at all oh . . . Although i have always been looking into 6 unit terrace instead of 4 units like you have up there . . . So if you have a 6 unit nice terrace, that won't be a bad idea to be seen
4 bedroom with an extra room for guest or whatever it is called
if possible with 2 living rooms
and kitchen with nice taste with it
