bizzibodi:Yes, you can do the foundation for a duplex for all the structure(which is more like waste of resources). Normally, you do the foundation of a duplex for the part that has a pent floor and a bungalow foundation for the part that is a bungalow(where the columns are not continuous). The structural details of the design usually specifies the foundation type to do which is also based on the soil type. 1 Like |
