Good day, This is dependent on the land location/city that you intend building in. There are different setbacks(allowed spaces in the front, back, left and right sides) in different cities in Nigeria.

The estimate is between 18m to 22m. This would largely depend on the class of the finishes. Also, an on site analysis to determine the level of being water logged is needed before arriving at the final estimate. Thanks
