NIPOST tracking site is up and running now unlike then. Your item must be in 9ja by now....most likely still in Lagos or enroute to your PO.

i bought one registered item, the item doesn't exist on nipost site when i tracked it there, but i was notified by local nipost post office to pick up my registeted item, i think something fishy is going on with nipost

why is it so difficult for phones ordered from aliexpress to be received ?
why do we need "the grace of God " to receive phones ? what is it with phones ? This is a trend i have noticed. This is my first phone order from aliexpress and it is 47 days already and package still on transit , last update (Departed country of origin since 20th September). All the items i order after the phone up to 3 weeks after ordering the phone are already in my possession , except the phone .

Does custom ban phones? what is it ?

i dont really know what the issue is, i have bought other items recently up to 6 items recently, i have received all of them (even things heavier than the phone) apart from the phone i bought 30 august,,

that item is at that post office,, (attempted delivery) so u need yo go and pick it up, unless they don't _wanna give u

today is making it 60 days i ordered a phone from aliexprezz ,i didn't receive the phone ,i will book for dispute tomorrow for my refund,, since they told me to wait till the 60 days to elapse,,

There's delay generally in the last few weeks. Keep waiting, you'll need more of it and opening dispute at this time won't make any difference because it's AliExpress that shipped it and you'll need to exhaust your 60days time frame.

i dont think the delay is general,
i ve made many oders this month's and they have all arrived within a time frame of 14~16 days
but that particular item doesnt wanna come i place order 31 of august
i bought two phones from the seller , the seller being stupid i must say,, he shipped only one
and the other wasnt shipped,
( i discovered it after 4weeks of order) i opend a dispute and aliiexpress refunded me for the one that wasnt shipped,,
im still yet to get the one he said was shipped,
ive never had this issue before ,been shopping for around 6 years on that platform

I have a similar problem.
The tracking only shows "Departed country of origin" and has not been updated for sometime now.
I contacted Nipost customer care via email and it turns out it arrived in Lagos a week ago, but still not shipped to my state yet.

normally they do send me text an sometimes call, this time around it has not arrived , i have even gone there to ask myself
please whats their mail and how can i contact dem

i bought phone ($68.9) from aliexpresz its up to 51 days ,my phone has not come despite being shipped via aliexpress standard shipping ,that normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive, tracked it ; telling me left destination country since last two months,, i dont know if any plane jumped into atlantic acean ,because the flight never arrived Nigeria,, when tracked,,
,i want to open a dispute for refund before the 60 days buyer protection,,

Are the other 4s not shipped to your address? Login to your account on PC and check the tracking information. If the address is alien to you, contact the seller; proly assigned you a wrong tracking number. Last option is to open dispute immediately but chat the seller up first.

yes na, refund should be official and not between u and seller, some sellers are scammers and fraudulent,
hope you have not clicked confirmed received item?,
if you have done so ,aliexpress can not refund you at this time,, ,then its between you and the seller
