[color=#9900ff]Can't speak for another. Doubt i will be in that situation, but even if i never did discuss prenupt somewhere along the line. I'm a practical and mental person. I don't see anything wrong with protecting assets. It's not always a no win situation. Some prenupts do give the women/men, maybe not half the assets but still a comfortable chunk in the event of a divorce. It's also a way of safeguarding your properties to pass down to generation of your bloodline. [/color]

[color=#9900ff]Haven't seen it. I'm impressed by the director's passion. Trained his crew 7yrs before they shot the movie and in a country that has no facilities for making movies.

Darren Aronofsky looks to be finally moving towards production on Noah, his epically-scaled retelling of the biblical story of Noah and his ark. Deadline has the story, explaining that the Black Swan director is looking for backers for the film's proposed $130 million budget.

With Aronofsky's script undergoing rewrites by John Logan, it's likely a matter of studio backing as to whether Noah becomes his next project. His name has also been associated with Human Nature, Machine Man and several other projects.

Meanwhile, the film that he recently departed, The Wolverine, is still looking for a replacement director.

20th Century Fox is moving steadily forward with a reboot of Daredevil, set to be directed by David Slade (Hard Candy, 30 Days of Night, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse). Now, The Hollywood Reporter has word that the studio has brought aboard a scribe in the form of Brad Caleb Kane.

Kane, a relative newcomer, has served as a writer on the television series "Crash" and "Fringe," but is, bizarrely, also known for being the singing voice of the title character in Disney's 1992 animated film, Aladdin.

The article suggests that Kane will adapt Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli's "Born Again" storyline, which ran in Daredevil #227-233 in 1986. The storyline involves an intense personal attack on Matt Murdock's friends and family following Wilson Fisk (aka The Kingpin) learning his true identity.

Affleck Casts Alan Arkin for Argo

Ben Affleck has started the casting process for his Tehran hostage thriller Argo and the first name out of the hat is Oscar-winning actor Alan Arkin (Little Miss Sunshine) who will play Hollywood producer Lester Siegel, an O.S.S. veteran described as equal parts bookie and rabbi, according to Variety.

The film is about how the CIA teamed with the Canadian government to rescue six U.S. diplomats who'd been taken hostage at the American embassy by a group of Iranians in 1979 by pretending that they were part of a Hollywood film crew scouting a movie called "Argo."

The screenplay was adapted by Chris Terrio from Joshua Bearman's April 2007 Wired magazine article, "How the CIA Used a Fake Sci-Fi Flick to Rescue American from Tehran" and it's being produced by George Clooney and Grant Heslov's Smoke House to be released by Warner Bros.

Diego Luna May Join Blomkamp's Elysium

The cast for Elysium, Neill Blomkamp's follow-up to his hit District 9, continues to grow with Mexican actor Diego Luna (Alfonso Cuaron's Y Tu Mama Tambien) now in talks to join Matt Damon, Sharlto Copley and Jodie Foster in the sci-fi thriller.

The movie which is set to start filming this summer for release on March 1, 2013 involves a battle between aliens and humans, and if he signs on, Luna would play the best friend of Damon's character, Julio.
