I don't think it is a scam. Just check Facebook and linkedin. They always do training for people in conjunction with ncdmb yearly. I guess you were nominated by ncdmb for a training with them.

You are to send them the link for them to go on online to fill the referee form and upload their recommendation letter. You didn't copy the link they wrote on the page after you filled in your referees?

Log out and log in again, you will see the congratulatory messages on your page with the start your exam column below.

I also got same mail from Nigeria Field Ready. It is not scam

Check Phed Engineer Trainee Test 2021 done in January 2021 trend on nairaland. It is same company that was incharge of their test that is incharge of this one.
