He complained about intimidation of delegates so there is a difference in losing through indirect babasopecracy and direct vote. At least they pretended to vote for Ambode's own. The truth is that some people are at the background rigging the system. They don't want true votes. If it was consensus of the delegates, it is different but here there is compulsion, intimidation and threats to select one candidate. What a shame.

APC just announced that they got total of over 12m votes in their primaries nobody is shouting, everybody is just going about their business as usual, Atiku was busy rigging his own primaries while Obi went to South Africa to be snapping pictures with SA party leaders.

ADC announced total of around 3m. I'm sure NDC will come up with about 2m.

With the above, do you need anybody to tell you the pattern of the Presidential election result in 2027? APC has already established that even if it's only their party members that vote for them they can beat NDC and ADC combined. Instead of the opposition party to make this the centre of discussion and protest now they are all having confidence that some magic will happen that will now make them win in 2027. I say make all us just dey play.

The headline is ambiguous. You may see it as right or wrong, but when you read the body of the story you will see that the summary is that

1. The court supports INEC to change the time table as they deem fit which is why they say that is in line with the electoral Act.

2. Where the court disagrees with INEC is that whatever changes they want to make, INEC shouldn't put any deadline for anything (whether conducting primaries, substituting candidates etc) before the 90 days to the election. They only have power to set deadlines for 90 days before the election.
