Almost 25 Fraternity Cult Members Arrested In Imo State While Initiating New Members Inside Forest During National Conference.Imo State Police officials have arrested 25 suspected cult members while initiating members during their annual national conference in the forest.

Police spokesperson Andrew Enwerem said they were alerted by concerned residents who spotted them in the forest.
“These ‘cultists’ belong to the Fraternity and they were arrested while holding their national conference in the forest,” – Enwerem said

DETROIT (AP) — A Detroit mother accused of killing two of her children and storing their bodies in a freezer yelled during separate court outbursts Thursday that she killed them.
Mitchelle Blair was temporarily removed during the custody trial to settle her parental rights to her surviving 8-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter.
She was arrested March 24 after court deputies carrying out an eviction at her apartment found the bodies of Stoni Blair, 13, and Stephen Berry, 9, in a deep freezer. Police believe they died months apart in 2012 and 2013.
Blair is charged with murder, torture and child abuse. She is to undergo a mental competency exam before a June 19 probable cause hearing in the murder cases.
As a videotape was played Thursday in court showing Blair's surviving son telling a social worker that he saw his brother killed, Blair yelled that he "didn't see me kill Stephen, 'cause it was unintentional."
On another occasion Blair yelled: "Everybody wants to know. Yes, I did kill her," referencing Stoni.
Blair's surviving son also said in the interview with the social worker that he was whipped with a cord and that his 17-year-old sister was hit with a hammer. Both surviving siblings have been placed in a relative's care.
Thursday's trial in Wayne County Circuit Court will determine if Blair loses custody of the two children. The state also wants to end the parental rights of their fathers. The state says the fathers rarely see the kids and owe thousands of dollars in child support.
Testimony will resume Friday.

The President-elect’s convoy obeying traffic rules at Transcorp Hilton Junction in Abuja,Wednesday, on his way from the Defence House to his private residence -

President-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, has instructed police and military security personnel attached to him to respect traffic regulations during his movements.
In a statement by his media team in Abuja, General Buhari said law abiding would be the guiding philosophy of his administration, adding “without leadership by example, the ordinary citizens would become copycats of the lawlessness of their leaders.”

The President-elect explained that the “arrogance of power, lawlessness and disregard for the rights and convenience of fellow citizens would have no place in his government.”

According to him, for leaders to inspire respect, they must obey the laws of country, adding that when leaders treat the country’s laws with contempt, they might send the wrong message to the citizens.
General Buhari lamented a situation where fellow citizens are punished at traffic points and public roads because of the “arrogant lawlessness of the leaders.”

He said in a democracy, leaders should not inflict inconveniences and other unbearable ordeals on the citizens for their own comfort.
The President-elect advised his military and police security personnel to be in tune with his philosophy of “bringing the rule of law in the conduct of leaders during their movements on public roads.”

Round 11: Mayweather comes out firing and lands at his highest volume of the fight. Pacquiao has a brief flurry, but Mayweather ducks and escapes back to the center of the ring where he is completely comfortable. Advantage: Floyd.

Round 10: Mayweather gets backed into the corner but never absorbs more than a glancing blows and is able to counter enough. Pacquiao was more active but not nearly as accurate. Advantage: Floyd.
