His academic records are not in question but he submitted a counterfeit to INEC.

Yes, he graduated from CSU but submitted an oluwole certificate to INEC but there is more to see here - Identity Theft. Did his admission and CSU records both indicate that the Bola Tinubu who attended CSU is female with a different date of birth? That per se, disqualifies him as one can claim that the person who attended CSU was female unless he is transgender!

The identity theft issue also raises questions about his identity prior to adopting the name Bola Tinubu. Was he involved in criminal activity under a prior name as claimed by a few people - We'll just have to wait for the FBI files to resolve that issue.

Are you so daft? What is the business of the person taking Yearbook pictures with the gender of the students he is taking photographs of? The point is INEC-selected "President" Tinubu used a FAKE FEMALE identity to enter the school. The transcript of the student who attended Cook County Community College which (s)he used to apply to Chicago State University shows FEMALE gender. The transcript of the student who attended Chicago State University shows FEMALE gender. Why don't you ask your INEC-selected "President" to show us any primary or secondary school certificates from Nigeria with the name Bola Tinubu and the gender Male?

The issue is not whether he attended Chicago State University or not. He did but is guilty of identity theft. The birth name of the INEC-selected President is not Bola Tinubu. He used a FEMALE Bola Tinubu's student visa to go to US, used the female Bola Tinubu's name to attend the community college, used the female Bola Tinubu's name to gain admission to Chicago State University.

Tinubu obviously used the visa of his adoptive mom's daughter to get to US. Female gender was recorded on both the transcript for the community college and Chicago State University. Date of birth was 1954 instead of 1952. Tinubu's lawyers will have to explain to the tribunal why "his" sex and date of birth are different from his INEC forms!

The admitted Chicago State University and Community college certificates are consistent with the rumours that "Bola Tinubu" was the name of Tinubu's adoptive mum's daughter who died. "Bola Tinubu" then adopted her name and went to the US with her student visa. That is why you have never seen Bola Tinubu's primary school, secondary school or even WAEC certificates. That is why he did not list his primary or secondary school on his 2023 INEC forms (the primary/secondary schools he listed in the 1999 forms were shown to be fake). That is why we don't know his primary or secondary school classmates. His supporters should show us a single witness that knew "Bola Tinubu" in primary or secondary school.

Sec 137(d) is very clear, a person shall not be qualified for the Office of the President if

"(d) he is under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offence involving dishonesty or fraud (by whatever name called) or for any other offence, imposed on him by any court or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on him by such a court or tribunal"

This is separate from Sec 137(e) which has a ten year limit
"(e) within a period of less than ten years before the date of the election to the office of President he has been convicted and sentenced for an offence involving dishonesty or he has been found guilty of the contravention of the Code of Conduct"

Tinubu was fined $460,000 for an offence involving dishonesty/fraud (money laundering for drug dealers) and is not qualified for the Office of the President of Nigeria
