Good advice from nice people, They say good market sells itself. If u are good at what u are doing, ofcourse ur luck will always shine. Where I have issues is at opening ur studio in the east, to me, u only need to get a good site, then people who that knows how good u are on the field. If not, it might look like a good friend of mine that packed up his fantastic studio from the east. Anyway good luck to u. When u open, I will like to visit u. Byeee
