@everyone: See, it's like this. I developed this software on my own and a certain 'big' company would like to help me present it to a certain 'big' customer.
The 'big' customer is expected to pay abt =N=15m for a copy of this software.
Now, I was told by the 'big company' that since they are the ones giving me the exposure, I'm entitled to 20% of the total amount(even though I created this all alone). This also means that the copy that will be sold to 'big' customer will carry their name, not mine.
This might be a rip off, but at my level, even that 20% will really go a long way for me.
The issue is that I need to know how to protect myself legally so that I will not be barred from selling this software to another company on my own.

Thanks, afam. But are you saying that patenting is totally hopeless in Nigeria? What in your opinion, is the way forward?

I have just created a web application which I believe is the 1st of itz kind. Please, give me an expert's opinion on how to go about patenting my product to avoid copyright infringements. Personal experiences on this subject matter will be highly appreciated.

Well, dont know much abt guys but i do not that everyone (male or female) ought to look good esp if u are light skinned. as a guy dont use bleaching stuff esp if u are light skinned cos its so irritating to see a guy with bleached skin. you can moisturize your body. i know a friend (guy) that cleanse his face with his sisters stuff and he looks so muaaah! so when the sister got married and moved out he bought those products mostly neutrogene acne wash (he doesnt have pimples o! but it helps dry out oil from his face)

Try to avoid sun exposure and use a moisturizer with sunscreen. get a facial wash and always wash your face and u ll glow. good luck.

@Dorammy: Bless u, sista! I already use facial cleansers(Clearasil) and a sunscreen/moisturizer(Venus). Just need an expert opinion on the best brands based on personal experience.

Hello, I need someone with good knowledge of peachtree and quickbooks accounting software stages 1 & 2 and has both software and very good explanatory tutorial guides. I wanted to go for d courses but I have just 10k, heard the courses are about two weeks and could cost up to 30k more or less depending on where it is being taken. What I want is for the person to just explain it to me for 4days or less depending on how good u are at explaining, maybe 2-3hrs a day. then hand over the tutorial guides and softwares to me and I will continue to practice and pick up on my own. I want anybody living in Benin as it is the closest town to mine. I have just 10k to give to that person so there is no negotiation cos I don't have anything at all to add.
