mrnilobrawn: I doubt if any canadian uni can offer you admission with that 1.7 expecialy when you ar migrating to another field entirely. PGD might be viable if you can convince them enough by writen GRE. But first you need to email the schools you intend to attend, am sure they will advice you beter.

Hello peeps, please I have a bro who finished with 1.7 cgpa in statistics, but he wishes to do Msc in geology, is it possible he can do pgd in geology, then Msc in geology. Or does he starts from Bsc again thanks.

It was so sad that he got sacked though. I felt pity for him also.

It is only in Lagos dat I witnessed a mad man looking at himself in a tinted glass of a bank along Marina on Lagos island, the mad man got angry for no reason known to me till-date, started cursing his image on the glass, he got so furious with his reflection, picked up a stone aimed the glass, and the unexpected happens, he starts to laugh sarcastically at his image. On-lookers laughed too. Then he did the worst, he threw the stone at the glass, and the on-lookers all awed. Upon breaking the glass, the bank security guard came out furious, but he offed his top uniform only had his singlet and trousers on. Upon trying to grab the mad, the mad man scrammed, behold the security man ran after the mad man shoutin "OLE OLE, E BAMI MU", meaning"THEIF THEIF, HELP ME CATCH HIM". The mad man ran into. The ever busy balogun market, thereby causing anarchy and confusion, oooooohhhh boy, comε and see as people were running, nobody knew which one of them was truly mad.
The only thing that really got me sad was the fact that the security man got sacked for constituting nuisance.

It is a pity that so many people naw use things that are affiliated to Gods's name to make themselves reckless cash.

Even if the students were late, u can make them pay for it in a different mannet e.g attendace, and not by letting them kneel in the sun.

And I do not know the the f-u-c-k it is that peeps are going to do in these schools.

1. They say it is of the church of God yet it is so expensive that most members can't even enroll their kids.
2. They have standards that can not even be compared to some secondary schools.
3. They churn out thousands of 1st class graduates thaat can't even stand a third class of public universities.
And so on.

But it serves the students right though, cos they also think that life comes on a platter of gold which is not.

All these students can never learn as they are not facing the major facts of life.

And as my secondary school teacher would always say on the assemble ground every morning, "may your road be rough, so that a tarred one with a pot hole will never bother u ".
