If your brother is education he can apply for express entry or PNP programs it's easier and straightforward.. asylum in 2025 is not the best and lawyer fees are quite expensive too.. lawyers would charge him nothing less than $8000. ... Take time to study PNP programs and lots of province's are accepting permanent resident application... Asylum are for people who face danger..

Did you complete a prerequisite course before getting the acceptance letter from the college or University? if you did a prerequisite course then you can apply from inside Canada... If you didn't I don't advise you applying form inside Canada... But you can do your own research thanks .. student approval rate is high compared to visitor visa .

I'm considering applying for tourist visa just for my next summer vacation, but I thought to weigh my options before I proceed considering the recent increase in denials. I am a family man with kids but I planned to go alone. I've never been denied visa in the past and my traveling history include the Emirates in 2014, US (Twice in 2014/2016) and Puerto Maya/Conzumel Islands in Mexico also in 2016. I work in a multinational with a monthly salary of a little over 1m. I have 3 survey plans for my landed properties in Ibeju/Eti-Osa axis, a newly completed undocumented building in Eti-Osa and a POF of about 14m in my salary account.

Considering that I've been to US twice in the last 10 years, I know I might have high chances of getting US visa again which can make Canada own a lot easier, but I don't think I have much time right now due to how long it takes to process the visas. My vacation is scheduled for June/July this year. What do you guys advise please?

The background check is just to see if you have applied for other countries visa like UK, Ireland and United States and have being refused and you didn't declar it on your application and also to check if you have being deported from those countries or serving bans and also aslyum... so the background check has nothing to do with local police info bro..

Without properal evidence to prove they are in a real relationship the spouses sponsorship application would also be rejected. They need lots of evidence to prove they are in a real relationship.if possible get your spouse pregnant when she visits that's the best way to prove you are in a marriage and other marriage evidence... I know people who are in real marriages and there application are also rejected..

You want to apply for a visit visa, but you have no job and no travel experience, which is a huge red flag and ur visa will be refused. Tell your canadian girlfriend to visit you in Nigeria, then you can get married and apply under spouse sponsorship to relocate to Canada.

Context: Wanted to visit someone who left the country 2024 on a PR Visa. I am a first time traveller. Funds is no problem.

There is a fido store before the security in terminal 1 at Pearson yyz Toronto airport.. I was giving a sim there the first time I came to Canada and it was set up with my email. And I didn't pay with a credit card .. I know what am saying sir just check next time you are coming into Canada.. they are sim stores upon arrival.

There is nothing free in Canada but you will receive a sim at the airport. Register it with your email account and every month you will pay 35- 45 CAD.. but you can use it for free if you are coming to stay temporarily. Just create a new email to register the sim and u can use it automatically without paying but if you want to keep the sim permanently you will pay a huge fine. Thanks

I know all cases are different I will not advise anybody not to seek refugee status. Do what you can to get out of Nigeria.

Alright this is what you would do if the agent uses the new ircc portal to submit the application. U can actually link the application to a new gckey account. All what you have to do is create a new gckey account from canada.ca website and get the application linked up if you know ur UCI number or application number and a few other personal details. But not the agent will not receive any more details about the application anymore.

You people are talking about Indians.. those people are far ahead of us Nigerians interms of unity and sharing of information and job employment. after COVID when it was possible to change visit visa to work permit it was 80% of Indias who benefitted from that program.
How because Indians had more enterprise and they knew the law and employed themselves.
Indians have severial hotel's. Indians have trucking schools and trucking companies.
Indians has a lot of daycare and cleaning companies and plumbing and electrical companies just name a few.. those people saw the vision in the early two thousand's...
it's left for us as Nigerian who are there already to create wealth among ourselves like the Indians are doing. Create companies employee Nigerians and other Africans..

Yes your previous visa that was rejected in 2015 would not have effect if you state it on your application and explain why the visa got rejected also in form of letter of explanation...but you still qualify for can+ if you have a valid us visa . Just state ur previous rejection reasons that's all

A lot of people use TC issued by the Nigerian Embassy in Ottawa, however, because of the timing, I applied for a Nigerian Visa on Arrival for my Son, as at then it was around N280K and that was the best price, but now USD has gone up. (The payment on the system uses USD)
