Prophet of doom looking for socalled excuses.

Am presently working with an organization where my appointment letter stated that I would be paid 18k as my monthly salary. So I gladly took up the job. Funny a enough, during the end of the month I don't even receive up to 15k or 14k. Then I realize I was bin fooled. But the most glittering aspect of this my job is that most atime, I go home with some reasonable cash virtually on daily basis. Right now I intend resigning because my last month salary was nothing to write home about. I came across a colleague of mine, who promised to help me out with a job placing me on a salary scale of 30k. By ending of this month I intend resigning at my place of work to take up the new job. But at the other hand and confuse. Should I resign from where am working presently considering d poor salary so that I can take up the job offer of 30k or shud stay put considering d little stipend I make daily? Pls advice me...
