Hello Guys!
I Just got my self a computer and apparently the place i stay in ogun state, we don't have Nepa there.
But, I have a small tiger generator to generate light. so I made a very grave mistake of connecting my my computer directly without a Stabilizer or Ups according to the advice of a friend and the power pack got burnt and I had to change it.
please guys, kindly advice me on how to go about working my computer to the generator without causing myself more havoc.

Please I'm looking at getting a plot of land at ikorodu part of ogun state, Ogijo, gbaga. And there's an agent that wants to sell to me but he claims the land is an estate, but wen I got to the site there was no claim of the location being an estate. So please kindly advise me and also I would like to know if it's possible for me to get any lands for sale (Ofada,Simawa, et'al). Price range should be between 150 - 350 Full plt or Half plot.
