Good morning good people. I just discover my occupation is no longer in demand in the recently updated Manitoba in demand occupation post LAA. This after I've submitted my full application to the Manitoba. Does anybody know the implication of this to the success of my application? I'm worried.

The structure is 2Flats of 3bedroom bungalow. The cracks started over 2yrs ago but have gotten wider. The cracks appear on the other side of the wall. Some from bottom but others not. I will chat you up on WhatsApp. Are you around Benin?

Demolish what? Did you mean the entire structure, if yes why. So sad, most of these issues sometime happened when people ignore professional advise trying to save money that may end up costing them more.

I actually didn't ignore professional advice. I wasn't around so the building project was supervised by an uncle. I'm sure in order to cut corners, a shoddy job was done.
I'm here to find professional solutions to this.

It's actually my personal house and I'm living there with a tenant. I was advised when the cracks were noticed to allow the building to settle down hence the delay. But now the cracks are getting wider.

Only one of the cracks is from bottom others are not. Yes they appear on both side of the wall.

Was there any form of cracks before plastering?
Are d cracks happening in only one part of the building?

This started a Long time ago(3yrs) as a small crack. But the cracks have widen. Not sure whether there was any crack before plastering as was not around when the building was being erected. It's a 3bedroom 2Flats bungalow. The cracks, are more prominent in the 2nd flat.

Dear all, I'm a silent reader here. Please I have a little challenge with my building and need some expert advice.

The challenge is that my residential building has serious cracks on the wall due to poor job execution from the builder. The cracks even affected the POP. Pictures are attached.
The walls may fall down very soon if repairs are not carried out

I need advice on how to fixed this. Expert that can undertake to fix this should indicate. The property is in Benin City.
