Hello.Please I'm new here I had similar issues creating an account I was advised to send an email to: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com and they responded and created log details for me. But Currentry I cant book an appointment date yet as the payment I made for the visa appointment since on the 29th of March is still showing invalid record when I input it on the visa appointment page I have even gone to gtbank again to notify them and they said the error is not from their end...please anyone in the house with good experience should kindly advice me on what to do.
