Pls a friend of mine made a mistake while filling his receipt number when he was booking an appointment, is there a way to correct it after appointment have been booked?

Please once click the recently denied, it automatically says no date available

Choose the April date then schedule an emergency appointment while uploading relevant document. The was my exact case. I got denied in October and i have first week of December as my new date
