In reality, they were exhausting the monthly dollar limit in minutes. Some of these boys were collecting up to 3 different cards daily from different branches using the same excuse. When Access bank discovered the ruse, they reduced the monthly limit to 10 dollars. Naso that update cast. Then sef Access bank Mastercard became scarce and you'll see guys texting you asking if you have Access Mastercard and if you do, you'll get a commission.
