Association of Poster Distributors of Lagos State members are expected to adopt the standards of dignity, professionalism and integrity. The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to set rules of behaviour and professional conduct of all APD members. Abiding by this Code is essential for membership of the APD.

1. Honour superior officers

2. No member shall act in a manner detrimental to the interests of APD, other members, and or their client(s)

3. No member shall transgress any APD bye-laws in the performance of their business

4. No member shall engage in state prohibited jobs, poster pasting, wall writing, etc

5. No member shall engage in the use of abusive, defamatory and disrespectful words, terms, language against another member in public, meetings, social media channels, and APD WhatsApp Groups

6. All phones, systems and other mobile gadgets should be put in silence mood at APD General Meetings

7. No member shall report any member to the police, Area Boys, touts, and or the military without first presenting such matter/grievance to the Executive and Board of the APD to explore all internal resolution mechanism. *Violation of this item attracts outright expulsion from the association*

8. Private life of any member should remain private, no trespass

9. Members shall engage in professional development to further their competence as APD members

10. Members shall support APD activities and projects to advance professional standards

11. Perhaps, their is misunderstand between members, kindly report to the APD authority

12. No multiple ownership or dealings and trespass to another members client(s) or account, except an official letter or mail of displeasure and or unsatisfactory service that will be looked into by the APD authority

13. If permitted to print, engage a professional editor to properly edit your content before printing and exposure.

14. Fighting in any form is a direct dismissal from the association

15. No member shall impersonate any APD executive position, either through I.D Card, false representation, verbally or in writing, after leaving any APD executive position

Any member that violates any section(s) or item(s) in this code of conduct shall be either fined, and or suspended from the association and its platform(s) and or confistication of membership certificate or outright expulsion from the association.
