Politics / 2023: Heaven Will Not Fall If Northern President Emerged in 2023 by ImDStar: 12:29pm On May 08, 2022 |
Obasanjo did 8years Osinbanjo 8years Jonathan 6 years And still think either of the region should produced the next president again in 2023? Who are you to talk about equity fairness and justice? If you think South East isn't worth it, then let the north continues. I hope we put on our thinking caps in the south and do the right thing. It's common sense!! It's of not benefit to me and you simply because we share the same language, culture and religion with whoever the president is. But if you talk of equity, fairness and justice, you must be realistic about that too. Equity and fairness demands that South East be given the ticket if the South is united and truly love each other and realistic. South East massively voted SW (Obj) in 1999 and 2003, voted South South (GEJ) massively in 2011 and 2015. Today rather than unite and present or pave way for any of the South East contenders, the SW and SS want to play smart. But the north is smarter politically. The argument the North will use in retaining power in 2023 would be that Southern region ought to zone it to East and since they can't agree to give it to the East, it means the ticket is open, after all since 1999 till date, SW and SS have had their turn just like the NW and it would amount to have double turn for SW and SS to be allowed to have it soon again to the exclusion of North, not because they really want SE, but because Southern region has played into their hand. 4 Likes |

ekineme: What then is been the problem? Is that Nigerians see's suffering as a way of building survival skills? You will hear people saying Nigerians can survive in any country so far he he's surviving here. Why do Nigerians see's suffering as their birthright? |
Politics / Parents Whose Children Are On Strike Are Still Supporting Their Oppressors by ImDStar: 4:57pm On Apr 30, 2022 |
Should we say many Nigerians brain needs readjustment or should we say Nigerians are created to naturally suffer? No Politician including the VC's of federal government institutions have their kids in Nigeria school, but here you see parents whose children are denied basic education shouting and ready to die in support of the same people oppressing them. The same thing goes to the so called educated youths, it's only in Nigeria that people are proud and boasting of suffering, should we call it mental illness or slavery. What should we call this? What actually is the problem? 1 Like |

I won't vote for anybody simply because we speak the same language, and how does speaking the same language with the president affect me by the way? We are saying the same, imagine employing corrupt people in your administration and then complain that no progress, that's one of our major problem in this country. Mine selection process will include name submission to all the security headquarters for vetting. You can smell any office within my ministers if you have corrupt court case. habsydiamond: |

Let me make it clear today, the reason why I am strongly supporting South East particularly Peter Obi is for justice and fairness. I am a Yoruba and proud at that, but I won't let sentiment override common sense. Obasanjo did eight years, Osinbanjo eight years, and you said another westerner should continue while you screem fairness? Let your conscience speak to you. Realadey: 2 Likes |
