You failed to state, that in 2013, the Governors and their HoA members weren't suspended unlike what just happened in Rivers State.

The Executive and Legislative of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states weren't suspended.

You don't know what's going on in Adamawa, there is tension in the state as we speak. Both supporters and opposition are going at each other. What happened in Kano during Ganduje's administration is what's happening in Adamawa state. It was MURIC that saved Sultan of Sokoto, the Governor of Sokoto already sent the bill to the state house of Assembly for passage before MURIC cried out.
One of the reasons the Governor of Adamawa is cutting down Adamawa Emirate is because of Atiku, powerful forces wants to cut down his influence in Adamawa. More drama loading, Atiku go collect.
