Hausa dominate Bauchi, which is the largest State in the zone.
Also, there are many ethnic group in Gombe.

One of my coursemate often claims to be Fulani, when I engage him, he said he is from Hong LGA (Kiliba) tribe but claim to be Fulani because his family grew up in Yola town.

Fulani can be found in Yola south, Girei, Mayo, Fufore, and Jada LGAs.. every other place you see Fulani, its either they are settlers or they are Fulani wannabe like my coursemate.

If you check well, Akwa Ibom will be among the poorest state, yet na them they produce the highest oil for the country.

Their human capital development is very very poor, the major trade you see them engage the most around the country is House maid, house cook, gateman etc, with a very minimal pay.

Look at the picture again.
Obi came in 2006, when the debt was $18m and left 2014 when the debt was $24m, $6m difference.

It is possible that he didn't borrow a dime, maybe those $6m extra was as a result of interest incurred.

When it comes to Health and Education, Peter Obi was a top performer in Anambra State.

Area of Rivers state is 11,077 km2 ( note that good portion of Rivers state are occupied by sea.)

Also, the only Major place in Rivers state is PH and Enviros, no developmental spread.

Unlike Anambra state, there are many major towns in the state.

In Anambra State, you will get many minor cities and Major towns, but in Rivers, everything is happening in PH and enviros, no spread development.

I have been to both places.

You will find more empty lands in PH and her surroundings than you will get in Onitsha and enviros.

20k × 4 days is 80k This is what I would pay based on your 4 days calculation

My 3 days calculation: 1st day is 4 masons and 2 labourers to complete the parlour and a room= 32,000 naira

2nd day is for 2 rooms and kitchen at 32k

3rd day is 2 masons + 1 labour for restrooms and balcony 16k total is also 80k
