It is true before the APC primaries, Buhari didn't want Tinibu to get the ticket, but afterwards he aligned with his Party. He went with Tinibu in some states and campaigned for him. Tinibu inherited some of Buhari's votes in the North.
Without those votes it will be difficult for Yakubu to rig that election..

If the North is that serious to unseat Tinibu, then Tinibu is a gonner.
There are 12 states that if Buhari contests election 10 times, he would win those states 10 times.

If Buhari comes put openly and campaign for whoever it is, then those 12 states belongs to that person.

A region with barely 20m people with 11m in poverty cannot be claiming progress over a region with over 40m people with 16m in poverty.

I can't say much about Tinibu's tenure as Lagos State Governor, because I have never been there before.

But as an Anambra indigene, Mr. Peter was a wonderful Governor, especially in terms of Education, Health and Financial management.

People under value him because of what they term "signature projects". But governance is much more than signature projects.

The only aspect of governance that is better than Health and Education is Agriculture.

Security comes fourth after the above three. Infrastructure is down the pecking order.
