The only place I would advice you to immigrate to is Canada because it allows for smooth integration unlike U.K . Canada always encourages immigrants to stay back and become permanent resident although since you said you just finished, you might want to look at the option of working for at least a year in Nigeria or getting an admission into medical school in Canada after which you will be able to have the opportunity of becoming a qualified doctor in Canada
