2019 i woke up one morning and was having a strange throat like am chucking. I thought it's normal and will go, for almost a week, it's same issue. I went straight to the hospital to complained and i was placed on antibiotics, my issue became worst. I develop heartburn and all sorts of issues. I went to ikorodu general hospital, i was placed on omeprazole and so many medications, my symptoms become more worst and terrible, i keep going back, and my symptoms continue gettter worst, all they keep giving me was omeprazole. Meanwhile i was using felvin20 monthly for menstrual pain, infact have been using felvin20 for like 7yrs monthly for menstrual pain. Around 2020 i told a Doctor in Ikorodu general hospital, "i hope this my problem is not related to the Felvin20 am using for menstrual pain?", she then told me to stopped. Have stopped Felvin20 since 2020, but till now am still having this issue.

Fast forward to 2021 i went for upper endoscopy and i was diagnosed with erosive esophagitis grade b, stomach normal but throat has esophagitis. I did so many test too, only the endoscopy had issue. I went to the hospital with my result, for a whole year, no solution, just complicated issues. I end up chewing only ginger, and somehow my throat got heal on its own in 2022, no symptoms again, tho i do have little symptoms at times but get better.

In 2025 around March i was so weak one day, i called a nurse and she get me Ceftriaxone for injection, 1g daily for 3days via IV. I got better after the 3days but somehow developed dry cough. That dry cough is still on till now, tho not serious.
August 2025, i developed middle right side back pain, very sharp stabbing pain. After like a week, i went for abdominal scan, i was told kidney infection. I was told to run early urine test, the result came out Ecoli and brought some antibiotics to treat it. I did full blood count too, my blood was low and Kidney function test was perfect. I went to the hospital with my result, i was given Meropenem injection 1 morning and 1 at night for 3days, making 6 Meropenem injection. Co-Amoxilav 625 tablet antibiotics 1 morning and 1 at night for 7days too. I got better, no more sharp pain but all of a sudden i developed lower back pain.
November i went to ikorodu general hospital to complained, i was told to re-run some tests.
Abdominal scan show kidney is fine now but still showing some infection int he bladder... Urinalysis showed no blood or protein in urine but bacteria +++... Early Urine MCS tests shows Klebsiella bacteria... Full blood count show low blood.. Kidney function test normal.. General hospital placed me on Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 1 morning and 1 at night for 5days, Uropocit (Potassium citrate) syrup 10 ml morning, afternoon and night, Vitamin C tablets 2 tabs morning, afternoon and night, Ziprowin capsule 1 morning and 1 at night for 20days. I finished all these, yet no changes, still back pain, bloating stomach, Indigestion, general body pain and weakness.
I was rushed back to general hospital in December, i was given Alpha-Beta Arteether injection 150mg once daily for 3 days, Esomeprazole + Domperidone 1 morning and 1 at night for 7days, Tizanidine 2 mg 1 tablet at night for 5days, Bromazepam 1.5mg 1 tablet at night for 3days, Paracetamol 325 mg + Tramadol 37.5 mg 2 tablets morning and night fot 7days. My symptoms disappeared, but came back worst after a week.

Presently i run abdominal scan test last week again= Normal kidney, normal liver, normal bladder, no issue.
Kidney function test last week= Normal
Hiv 1&11= Negative
Hepatitis B&C= Negative

I decided to run h-pylori test with blood, its Positive.

My present symptoms
Lost of appetite completely
Serious general weakness
Back pain
Left side flank pain beside stomach
Mild buring throat and mouth
Pressure stomach and back
Stomach making sound
Indigestion

Section 283 of Nigeria criminal code act
Defines provocation

Based on section 283 on Nigeria criminal code act, if a man has audacity to follow another man's wife to her matrimonial home and have sex with her to the extent that the husband catches them in the act.

If the husband reacts immediately by breaking bottle on the head of the adulterer the husband does not commit any crime. Because law sees the act of the adulterous man as provocation.

If the husband sees cutlass and machetes the adulterer it can still be argued in court that he did it as a result of provocation. And if eventually the adulterer dies the husband will only be charged for manslaughter and not murder

The bottom line is the husband must react immediately not after they have sat a while, because it will be termed pre meditated.

I believe you as a lawyer needs to balance your views when making your post , our law does not support injustice, don't make it seem a useless goat can be going to matrimonial homes and be sleeping with married women without consequence. There are many single ladies that are ready to give men sex freely why going to another man's wife.

I’m currently on the verge of divorce after 15 years of marriage and three kids.. Even though this is my decision, I feel like I have no real choice. My husband (if I can even call him that) says he doesn’t want to lose his family, but he does absolutely nothing to show it.

I came from a broken home, I think I can tell you what will happen to you and your kids if you eventually divorce their father and they see that you are the aggressor here.

They will never forgive you, I pleaded with my mum not to leave us, dad was not around and because of a small issue. She left us and went and married an angel who she later realised was many times worse than my dad.

They took us to our old family house, we were exposed to so many dangers and all sort of abuses by uncles and aunties that said our daddy beat them when they were living under my dad.

During those period I will be raining curses on mum. To cut the long story short, the love between us is not that deep we just relate on mutual respect.

Most children from a broken are damaged psychologically they don't see divorce as a big deal, they believe they don't need to work on their marriages that is why most of them end up with broken homes too. There is a pattern that is formed in most broken homes that makes mostly female children experience divorce too.

If you get the custody of your children, that will make it more dangerous, recent researches state that most children raised by single mothers become wayward so your children need their father.

My advice is this, since you never mention it that your husband abuses you, and you stated it that you still leave in the same house. The problem you and your husband have is lack of communication and forgiveness. Please for the sake of your kids go for counselling with your husband.

Give him a chance, you are already in your forties if you leave him now you will probably be a side chick to another married man and cause a problem for another home.

If you are a farmer and you know about palm tree especially palm oil production you won't compare the process of making palm oil to coconut oil.

Palm fruits are difficult to harvest as you will need a professional to do the harvest. But coconut can be harvested easily. You can't compare difficulty in peeling the coconut to removing palm fruits from the bunch.

The process of producing coconut oil is very easy you just grind the coconut, extract it's juice and boil until the water evaporates and you get your oil. But that cannot be said about palm oil.

And the market as well, I don't know where you are but in my city even if they buy coconut in bulk, you will still sell at the price I listed above. And selling raw coconut is a waste of resources check the price of 1 litre of coconut oil and compare it with 20litres of palm oil.

And did you just say that white garments churches and traditionalist will substitute coconut with other fruits? Please go for coconut plantation, oil palm is not that profitable except you want to go into it full time which is stressful and time consuming.
If you want to give to people to manage you will be cheated. I'm talking based on experience.

But coconut does not need much maintenance it is easy to harvest you can in fact do it yourself. profit per coconut tree is higher than that of oil palm. For example a coconut fruit goes for nothing less than 1000 naira in markets depending on your location.

And a coconut tree can give you between 150 to 200 fruits per annum after seventh year, coconut will start fruiting earlier than that, but you will not get large amount.

Now assuming you get 150 fruits per tree and you have a thousand of coconut trees. If you sell 500 naira farm price you get 75m naira.

If you want to make a higher profit process it to coconut oil, search for the price of a litre of coconut oil on Jumia, and you can extract the oil yourself, since the process is easy.

When we talk about market there is more market for coconut than that of palm oil, there are several thousands of white garment churches that are using coconut every Sunday. Like wise traditional worshipers, so it's price never goes down since many people don't go into it unlike palm tree where sometimes the price dip as a result of its glut.

In fact people used to store it for several months for the price to go up. I saw people talking about palm wine, it shows clearly that they know nothing about what we are discussing, once you tap palm wine on a palm tree, the tree is as good as dead, because it will take several years to fruit again.

It may be worm infestation, if your dog is still eating meat and fish, get albendazole from a pharmacy store break it into 4 pieces ground one part and mix it with meat or fish and repeat the dosage 2 weeks later. Note albendazole not mebendazole

And if the above suggestion does not work or your dog does not eat anything anymore including fish, take your dog to a vet clinic immediately
