Dapyem: oga but wen is a dispute due for opening? because i was told 5 days after d seller has shipped d order wen i was trying to open d dispute on my acct.

below are the laws governing your dispute.

If supplier sent the products by DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 6th day to 23rd day after seller sent the goods out.

If supplier sent the products by EMS/SF, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 6th day to 27th day after seller sent the goods out.

If supplier sent the products by China Post/HK Post, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 6th day to 39th day after seller sent the goods out.

i wonder how people behave. people expect to get diamonds at the prices of silver. they will always give you specs that they want something better but the truth is that if you import them they may not be able to pay for it. you can try the branded ones to see how they will go for you since they have better cameras. i wish you success

chat with their customer care. tell them that you want to open dispute but you do not need the cash. you want them to pay another seller with the funds so that he can deliver the goods. for the main time search for another seller and be sure he has positive feedback and reply mails before ordering. i wish you success. the above process is faster than refund but the choice is yours.

am really suspecting dis seller truely because it was even few hrs to d expiry date of awaiting shipment dat he shipped my order. i even sent him a msg to tell me if there ar n o enof product of dat order so dat i can cancel d order buh he insisted dat d product is available.

first and foremost stick by the customer care. they are your greatest weapon now. do not engage in email or skype conversations with the seller. all conversations should be within either trade manager or the website's emailing system. this can serve as future proofs better. since your money have not gotten to him i believe what he is planning to do is not clean. after sending your pp email he will tell you to go to the website and confirm received so that they will release the money for him to refund you. do not fall for that. open dispute and always engage the website via chat so that they can hasten the dispute process. i believe the tracking number he sent was not real or was it working? send him a mail that you do not have paypal email let him confirm you dispute asap. your success is my pride
